Project Manager/Site Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent / Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of sewer investigation / repair projects throughout NI / ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the site team and oversee specialized engineering services in a streetworks environment.
- Work in conjunction with the Civil Contracting partner and stakeholders to ensure a safe and clean working environment is maintained.
- Attend meetings with the Client and contracting partners to discuss forward planning and delivery programs of works.
- Commercial management, including work in progress, tracking costs, weekly returns, and assisting with monthly valuations and cost control measures.
- Experience in working on similar Civil Engineering projects, with a preference for Utility projects.
Requirements:
- Third-level degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Streetworks, Health, Safety, and Environmental training will be provided.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
