Overview


Catalyst Partners is delighted to be working with a global financial services organisation looking for a Reward and Payroll Analyst to join their team.


Key responsibilities:


  • Support the year-end compensation review process.
  • Assist with the administration of short and long term incentives.
  • Assist with benefits administration.
  • Assist with monthly payroll and quarterly accruals.


Experience needed:


  • Previous experience in reward and/or payroll ideally within financial services.
  • Excellent Excel experience.
