The Role

As a Lead Engineer, you’ll be the technical core of their product, collaborating closely with their founders and reporting directly to their technology director. You will have the opportunity to make key technical decisions, mentor team of 5 technical members (plus 3 contractors), and shape the product’s future.

Your role will encompass:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead engineering projects, make strategic decisions, and contribute to high-impact development initiatives.
  • Individual Contribution: Take hands-on responsibility for coding, system architecture, and product development.
  • Mentorship: Coach and guide other team members, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless product experience.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain high-quality engineering documentation to support long-term success.
