Job Description


The Reward Manager will lead and support the implementation and delivery of total reward programs across EMEA. Providing subject matter expertise on total reward programs and provide guidance to the broader HR team and managers in the interpretation and application of guidelines and practices. You will support strategic compensation decisions through annual salary merit review, benchmarking, pensions and benefits as well as being involved in exciting integration and implementation benefits and reward projects.

Job Qualifications:

  • Successful applicant will have a professional background in compensation and rewards.
  • Track record of delivering reward strategies in a complex environment incorporating a broad range of reward issues.
  • Pension and benefits experience is essential.
  • Workday experience desirable
  • Managing multiple projects and administrative duties.
  • Partnering across functions and developing key internal and external relationships.
  • Job evaluation, benchmarking, methodology and job families.
  • Track record in developing an innovative approach in solutions to meet business challenges; and effectiveness in leading or participating in change initiatives at various organizational levels.
  • Business acumen and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with several constituencies, including Executives, line management and HR business partners.
  • Knowledge base of all aspects of Compensation and Benefits programs, implementation, and communication.
  • Experience in Health & Welfare/Wellness and Retirement Plans.

Responsibilities


  • Overall guidance, direction and leadership of all compensation and benefits programs.
  • Development of the reward strategy, ensuring that policy and practice is aligned to the business and people strategies.
  • Managing UK pensions and benefits processes, ensuring that legal requirements are adhered to, manager vendor relationships and working closely with UK payroll to ensure accurate processing and tax reporting, gender pay gap reporting and P11D tax filing.
  • Managing key external partner relationships at a senior level, continually driving enhanced value from all contracts and ensuring quality service is delivered to the organisation.
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the overall organization design process, encompassing job evaluation and sizing, grading structures and job families, and salary benchmarking across Europe as well as emerging new markets.
  • Implementation of new and existing reward programs and initiatives (e.g. annual salary review process) providing advice and direction to senior management and the HR team.
  • Compensation and benefits cost analysis framework, renewals and structural synergy and benefits integration projects as part of mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advice and guidance to HR colleagues and other internal or external clients on benefit issues and trends, ensuring consistent plan administration and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Working closely with the Finance team on budget forecasting and managing supplier payments.
  • Report queries and creates customized reports for decision-making using HR and other business applications.
  • Various Rewards and Benefits mailbox, responding to all queries.
  • Working with the legal department regarding supplier contract changes
