Job Details

  • Maintenance and Day to Day Support of Oracle E-Business Suite and Microsoft SQL Server Ecosystems:
  • Ensure optimal performance by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning.
  • Recommend enhancements and test/install upgrades and patches.
  • Perform daily troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Support IT colleagues in resolution of functional and technical issues.
  • Assist with master data updates within Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 environment as required.
  • DR and performance - develop, improve, and manage all aspects of backup and recovery for the database environments, focused on high availability and consistent failover.
  • Security – develop and implement security measures following best practice and relevant up-to-date guidelines.
  • Technical Leadership - lead all technical aspects of the design and implementation of new database solutions and integrations, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
  • Compliance – work with the IT team to guarantee compliance with applicable regulations, best practices, adhering to contractual licensing criteria.
  • Culture - collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify gaps and solve complex issues.

  • Patching and cloning of full E-Business Suite stack (DB + Apps + Middleware), upgrades, AD / TXK / ATG, EBS Apps 12.2 upgrades.
  • Disaster Recovery strategies - Oracle Recovery Manager, Data Guard, Database flashback.
  • Oracle SQL including troubleshooting & performance tuning.
  • Oracle EBS 12.2 Concurrent Managers & Workflow administration and troubleshooting.


Desirable

  • Oracle EBS Autoconfig templates.
  • Oracle Middleware - WebLogic / applications server troubleshooting & administration.
  • Oracle EBS 12.2 Applications Analyzers.
  • Oracle EBS Workflow & Mailer.
  • Understanding of Oracle EBS Applications Data structures, within OPM, Inventory, Purchasing, AP / AR, Order Management.
  • Experience in data migration (APIs / open interface / data loading, scripting) within E-Business Suite 12.2.
