What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of our clients’ operations to identify vulnerabilities and enhance resilience.
  • Move beyond traditional continuity models to build robust frameworks for business resilience across all areas, including third parties, IT functions, and human resources.
  • Help shape and develop our resilience capabilities through thought leadership and innovative approaches to complex risk management.
  • Apply your knowledge of key resilience principles to improve business stability and manage risk across people, technology, and operational domains.

Who You Are:

  • A strategic thinker with a strong background in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, or Third Party Risk Management.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about making a positive impact, with a history of success and pride in your work.
  • Experienced in engaging and managing key stakeholders and understanding where IT systems are critical—and sometimes vulnerable—to business resilience.
  • Knowledgeable in industry standards for resilience, risk management, information security, or service continuity.
  • Certified or familiar with industry frameworks such as BCI, DRI, CISSP, IRM, or with IT service models like COBIT and ITIL.
  • You may also have experience in the financial services sector and understand the impact of sector regulations on resilience planning.
