Job Opportunity: Operational Resilience Consultant (or Senior Consultant)


A leading consultancy is seeking a talented Consultant to join their growing Operational Resilience team. With a strong reputation in digital transformation, cybersecurity, risk, and resilience, this firm is dedicated to fostering growth and development for its employees.


As a Consultant (or Senior Consultant), you will play a pivotal role in delivering resilience solutions for top-tier financial services clients. You'll address key resilience areas—such as third-party management, personnel, security, and IT infrastructure—that are essential to modern business operations. This role offers significant autonomy, the chance to broaden your expertise, and opportunities for professional advancement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to deliver operational resilience strategies across various domains.
  • Provide expert guidance on IT continuity, business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on resilience objectives.
  • Develop and implement solutions that address supply chain resilience and cybersecurity challenges.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical Expertise: 4+ years of experience in operational resilience, IT continuity, business continuity, crisis management, or related fields.
  • Financial Services Experience: Proven track record of supporting clients within the financial services industry.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
  • IT Knowledge: Understanding of IT service models like COBIT and ITIL is beneficial.
  • Standards and Certifications: Familiarity with international standards for resilience, risk management, and information security. Certifications such as BCI, DRI, CISSP, or IRM are highly desirable.
