The Opportunity:
Finatal are partnering with a PE-backed, fast-growing professional services. The business has received investment from a highly reputable PE fund and are now looking to bring a GFC to their young, dynamic business, as they look to professionalise their function. The opportunity not only encompasses the day-to-day finances of the business but also presents a candidate with opportunity to have a hands-on approach, supporting the growth of the business. A successful candidate will be a key decision maker in the business’s professionalisation journey, allowing them to further their career in a dynamic and fast growth environment.
The role
• Acting as an integral member of the finance team, providing financial information necessary for the operation of the business, ensuring strong financial controls.
• Working with Head of AR and CFO to manage working capital.
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness in current finance processes and KPI’s.
• Identify potential cost savings within the business and process efficiency.
• Playing a key role within the forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Actively managing the Group’s daily cash and working capital facilities.
Requirements
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) who is preferably 2-5 years post qualified industry experience. • Experience within a Financial Controller position
• Strong communicator, with experience of working within a demanding (typically Private Equity backed environment)
