Location: South Yorkshire pref 3 days per week Status: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute a customer retention strategy to drive long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Lead a high-performing team focused on retaining subscriptions and medium-sized accounts.

Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to improve retention processes.

Use data-driven insights to monitor retention metrics and identify at-risk customers.

Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their needs shape decisions and strategies.

Optimise and scale retention processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of leadership experience in customer retention or new business, preferably in SaaS.

A proven track record of driving high retention rates and reducing churn.

Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop a high-performing team.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Experience using CRM and customer success tools (Salesforce preferred).

A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation thrives.
