As an Account Director your main responsibilities will include:

  • Continuously assess and improve systems, processes, and controls to enhance service efficiency.
  • Actively manage client relationships, ensuring smooth operational changes and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee contractual commitments, ensuring all client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Manage and approve invoicing in line with contractual agreements.
  • Develop and regularly review client account plans to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate client meetings, ensuring timely distribution of reports and follow-ups.
  • Drive the implementation of client service instructions, tracking progress to completion.
  • Manage contract renewals, extensions, and rebids, aligning with Capita's governance processes.
  • Handle commercial issues and claims resolution, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Maximize opportunities for additional services and revenue growth, collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver value-driven solutions.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an Account Director/ CRM in the DB pensions sector.
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing models, revenue growth, and profitability targets.
  • Ability to contribute to both individual and team objectives, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
