An International Market Research Agency is currently recruiting for an Insight Manager to work in their London office.

In this role, you will be working on projects from the proposal stage through to presenting the deliverables. You will play a key role, leading on projects with director support.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.


TYPE: Permanent, full-time

SALARY: £40k – £50k depending on experience

LOCATION: London, UK (role is almost fully remote)


Insight Manager Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple research projects from proposal to deliverables
  • Working with the Insights team and the client, and liaising with the Insight Director, to fully understand our client's strategic issues and research objectives
  • Plan and manage project timelines
  • Designing presentation storyboards that tell the story of the data and meet client knowledge objectives
  • Analyse, interpret, and report to create insightful reports
  • Develop strong client relationships and contribute to winning repeat work
  • Participate in management and training of graduates or executives
  • Design methodologies and analysis to meet client research objectives
  • Chair project kick-off meetings and ensure project execution runs smoothly
  • Produce required cross tabulations and select appropriate statistical tests
  • Design presentation materials to effectively communicate data insights
  • Communicating with clients (internal and/or external) and suppliers, in a client friendly manner, to ensure smooth project progression
  • Mentor insight executives and graduates
  • Contribute to business development and proposal delivery


Insight Manager Ideal Candidate:

  • More than 3 years of experience in Research Management
  • Essential skills / experience: Strong project management skills, excellent analytical abilities, effective communication skills, client relationship management
  • Preferred/welcome skills or experience: Experience with statistical analysis, proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools
  • People management experience
  • Proactive, passionate character
  • Business level fluency in English
