Duration: 12 month contract


Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and driven marketing professional with a passion for generating demand and delivering results? Join our client's team as a Demand Generation Marketing Manager for the UK & Ireland (UKI) region and take charge of creating and executing innovative marketing programmes that drive qualified leads and fuel the sales pipeline.


As a key player in their marketing team, you will be responsible for a broad range of outbound and inbound marketing initiatives. Working closely with the regional campaigns teams, you will:

  • Drive Demand: Develop and execute digital campaigns, email nurturing, webinars, content syndication, ABM, and more to generate and progress qualified leads.
  • Collaborate: Partner with multiple sales and marketing teams to align marketing activities with common revenue goals.
  • Analyse: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using your analytical skills to continually optimise their approach.


We’re seeking a highly motivated team player who is organised, eager to learn, and ready to take on responsibility. You should have:

  • Good experience of B2B Technology Marketing Experience: Ideally within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of delivering pipeline targets.
  • Campaign Development Expertise: Experience in creating successful marketing campaigns in a matrixed organisation.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Ability to be an effective partner to the sales team, ensuring alignment and shared success.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing software such as Marketo, Drift, Salesforce, ON24, and more.
