Job Title: Senior Field Marketing Manager - Demand Generation Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Kindred | Marketing Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving demand generation and accelerating pipeline growth across EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ABM programmes to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot) to nurture leads and measure success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform marketing strategy and optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and ABM

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years' experience in account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and marketing automation
  • Proven track record of lead nurture campaigns and successful ABM programme execution
  • Hands-on experience with ABM tools (Madison Logic, Demandbase, 6sense) and ability to leverage data to inform marketing decisions
  • Metrics-driven approach to measuring success and making improvements
  • B2B marketing background in finance, credit, or tech industries
