Reporting to the VP Digital, the Digital Associate is an influential and visible role within the newly created Digital Product Group ensuring the smooth operation of the team.


You will be the Vice President’s partner in thought leadership across a variety of strategic and operational issues. You will own key topics from ideation through to delivery; support preparation of key executive communications and ensure the smooth operational running of the team,


Core Responsibilities


Strategic Support:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the VP Digital, providing insights and recommendations on strategic decisions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and goals
  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee and manage special initiatives to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify inefficiencies within RegNav and propose improvements to optimize operations


Communication:

  • Ensure that information flows efficiently within RegNav, keeping everyone aligned with the roadmap and objectives


Decision-Making Support:

  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support decision-making amongst the Directors & Senior Leadership
  • Prepare for and follow up on meetings, ensuring that action items are tracked and completed


Leadership and Team Development:

  • Help shape and maintain the Digital team culture, ensuring that it aligns with Element’s values and mission, whilst simultaneously incubating a culture of innovation & execution


Crisis Management:

  • Quickly address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise within the digital team
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential crises or disruptions in digital operations


External Relations:

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic partners
  • Be available to represent RegNav in public forums or media engagements when needed


Key Skills


The successful candidate will be highly strategic and possess a combination of focus and flexibility. You should have a willingness to play an active role in driving the business and not be afraid to get hands-on with initiatives as they arise.


The role will have the ability to operate at senior levels of the company, develop analysis that sways decision makers, and build successful relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to help drive results. The candidate should have the following background and skills:


  • 4+ years of prior experience in strategy or management consulting; with a multi-disciplinary background in finance, sales, and technology delivery
  • You are a hyper-logical and structured thinker, where you can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to generate innovative solutions
  • You are curious in nature and passionate about making an impact
  • You are not afraid to get hands-on, and drive to get work done, in a fast-paced environment
  • You have strong project management skills: an ability to drive multiple high-profile projects, effective leverage all resources to drive results even when co-ordinating across diverse functions
  • You demonstrate strong business acumen, financial skills, and analytical abilities, including strong Excel modelling skills (including with large data sets); any knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus
  • You have well-honed written, verbal and creative communication skills, including ability to translate insight into content, create slide or written presentations (PowerPoint), create overall communication plans, and present to Board members
