We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading IP firm’s dynamic team and contribute to the implementation of their cutting-edge knowledge strategy. This role is a unique chance to work closely with the Head of Knowledge and the Library and Information Services Manager to ensure their knowledge resources are expertly curated and accessible.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in curating content for our firm’s Knowledge Hub, ensuring that our resources are current and comprehensive.
  • Serve as a point of contact for knowledge-related enquiries and requests, providing exceptional support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments to foster strong relationships and ensure the effective dissemination of knowledge throughout the firm.



What We’re Looking For:

  • IP Knowledge: A background in intellectual property, whether through studies or previous work experience, is essential.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to interact confidently and professionally with various stakeholders.
  • London Presence: Regular attendance at our London office will be crucial for building strong relationships and ensuring success in this role.
