Intellectual Property Paralegal

We are looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal to join a Legal500 recognised commercial law firm based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, who is seeking to specialise in intellectual property law within a prestigious environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents related to intellectual property cases, including filings and applications.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis on intellectual property laws and case precedents.
  • Supporting attorneys in the management of intellectual property litigation cases.
  • Communicating with clients to keep them informed about the status of their intellectual property matters.
  • Maintaining case files and documentation with a high level of organisation and accuracy.
  • Assisting with the enforcement of intellectual property rights and managing infringement cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a keen interest in intellectual property law.
  • Strong understanding of legal principles related to intellectual property.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
