Evolve is recruiting for a rapidly growing international medical device organisation that specialise in implants and fracture fixations for orthopaedic surgery.


Our client is looking for a Graduate Medical Sales Representative to join their sales team in promoting their leading Orthopaedic portfolio into key Secondary Care customers across East of England down to Essex, and will involve attendance in surgical theatre (not suitable for squeamish individuals).


This is the perfect opportunity for a recent science graduate looking to kickstart their career in medical device sales

Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific subject.
  • Able to be present in a live surgery environment.
  • Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
  • Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
  • Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.


Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

  • Work alongside the Area Sales Manager in providing clinical support in Theatre environments, assisting staff within your territory.
  • Maintain and grow accounts focused on upper limb and foot & ankle extremity fixation.
  • Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to achieve business goals and foster strong relationships with hospital personnel.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure accurate stock support.
  • Offer clinical education and training on products and provide on-call support as needed.
