Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from quote to order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize orders, resolve discrepancies, and meet customer delivery expectations.
- Implement and optimize order management systems to streamline processes and enhance order accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze order fulfillment metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Address customer inquiries via email and telephone, covering quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Manage transportation logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with shipping partners to optimize routes, minimize transit times, and reduce shipping costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold high standards for product transportation and handling.
- Resolve logistics issues such as delays or damages, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee the pick, pack, and shipping processes for both domestic and international shipments.
- Develop and execute effective supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely product delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, track shipment schedules, and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues proactively to maintain seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
- Receive stock from supply chain partners, ensuring accurate processing for storage or customer orders.
- Lead and mentor a team of coordinators, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on teamwork and accountability.
- Set clear performance goals, assess team achievements, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science field.
- Proven track record in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within the life sciences or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, transportation regulations, and supply chain best practices.
- Experience with order management systems, inventory management software, and logistics tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
