Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media and Creative Lead to be the architect of our brand’s online presence: Responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that captures our premium quality and unique voice. With significant creative freedom, you will craft visually engaging and brand-aligned content, manage campaigns, and engage with our community to build loyalty and drive growth. You’ll ensure that all digital interactions reflect our high standards, whilst collaborating closely with our marketing team and partners to maintain a cohesive and impactful brand message across all platforms.

Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage creative and effective social media strategies to grow our brand presence across social platforms.
  • Creative Development: Ongoing development of disruptive creative concepts that push the brand forward in exciting ways.
  • Content Creation: Create visually stunning and engaging content (photos, graphics, videos, copy) that adheres to our brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is aligned with our brand’s high premium standards and maintain a consistent voice across all channels.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and brand partnerships, ensuring they meet objectives and KPIs.
  • Content Distribution: Find creative hacks to make our content reach further – whether through suitable partnerships, smart use of algorithms or other ways – we’re always looking for a 1+1=3 effect.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize future campaigns and content strategies.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry and social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies are innovative and relevant.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to all digital initiatives.


Role Outcomes:

  • First two weeks: Get up to speed on our brand strategy, guidelines and visual identity. Develop a social strategy that will propel NOAT’s social presence.
  • Within the first 60 days: Show proof of strategy through content that grows following, engagement and virality on 1 channel.
  • Within the first 90 days: Further prove how the strategy accelerates MoM growth + put forward a plan to expand/accelerate the social team.
  • Within 6 months: Have all relevant social channels running and growing (according to KPIs) in a structured manner with a pipeline of things to come next.
  • Beyond: Champion a forward-thinking, customer-centric approach. NOAT is an entrepreneurial and creative company seeking to innovate, disrupt and stay ahead of industry trends. Our marketing efforts, whether on or offline, should always reflect this mentality. 


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in developing potent social strategies, disruptive creative concepts 
  • and execution at a high level. 
  • Track record of growing social accounts.
  • Ability to execute across media: From shooting to retouching, video editing to animation.
  • Deep understanding of the legislative landscape guiding regulated industries like ours.
  • A vast network of collaborators and creators.
  • Ability to organise and operate partnerships as the main point of contact.  
  • Zeitgeist-obsessed. Ability to connect cultural dots and see things before they happen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently: A “make things happen” attitude.
  • Excitement to create meaningful concepts and the talent to execute them in an excellent manner. 


Skills:

  • Personality and culture fit trump many skills, but as a baseline:
  • High integrity & easy to be around
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape.
  • Fluent in the Adobe Suite, video editing and animation software.  
  • Creative, forward-thinking mentality with a proactive approach to work.
