Copper Leaf Media, is a full-service marketing company predominantly serving the technology industry. We work with a range of clients in the B2B space and create assets for them to use as part of their marketing strategy. It is a fast-paced environment that encourages creativity and nurtures personal progression.
We are looking for a Graphic designer with a great portfolio, a passion for design and a strong working attitude to join our creative agency.
As a graphic designer, you will be part of a graphics team of around 10 designers and collaborate with the larger team of account managers, social media managers, web developers and writers. Your responsibilities will encompass creating and delivering assets for client deliverables from brochures, adverts and case studies to social media graphics, icons and product illustration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create dynamic graphics for a range of marketing materials, including but not limited to case studies, brochures, adverts, datasheets, system diagrams, iconography and web content
- Attend briefing and brainstorming calls for client deliverables
- Submitting assets to both internal and client review and amending work following comments, sometimes discussing the rationale behind certain design decisions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using strong organisational skills
- Ensure all work that is created follows brand guidelines, templates (where applicable) and is completed to a high standard by the deadline
- Work according to agency practices including planning workload with account managers, time tracking assets on a CRM and ensuring electronic filing is concise and organised
- Stay up to date with current design trends and software practices, and progress technical skills
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign with other design software a bonus
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills in layout design, infographics, and other marketing materials.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, details, and brand consistency.
- Strong layout and typography skills.
- Optional skills: 2D animation in After Effects, Cinema 4D

Offer Details:
- Type: Full-time, permanent
- Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
- Benefits: Pension scheme, private health insurance, flexible hours, hybrid working (2 to 3 days a week in the office in Tunbridge Wells or more if preferred). Access to online training platforms.
- Education: A-Level or equivalent including at least one art or design subject (required). A degree in a design subject (preferred).
