Recruit UK is seeking an Operations Executive to join the Service Management team within a dynamic Operations Department for a Wealth Management firm. In this role, you will bridge communication between clients, Operations, and the Front Office, ensuring seamless service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve service management issues with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and continuously improving processes.
  • Provide regular updates, create dashboards, and conduct meetings to discuss service management performance and identify training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT and the Front Office to enhance service outcomes and support projects that drive service improvements.


Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:

  • Experience in operational processes within wealth or private client asset management, with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills. Open to strong financial related degree with relevant work experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and handle client service reviews.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive team player with the ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.


This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract to assist the business with several exciting projects ahead but there is scope for the role to go permanent or move internally with previous successful people join this position to later move into front office roles.
