Full Stack Developer - £75k - Fully Remote - Early Stage Startup - Digital Twin


I'm currently seeking a talented Full Stack Developer for my client, an early-stage startup with a focus on creating an intuitive digital twin platform, initially catering to the sports and entertainment sector.


This position is absolutely central to their plans, and they're searching for someone who's in it for the long run. They're offering a lot of freedom and the opportunity to significantly influence both the product and the company's trajectory. If you're someone who thrives on challenges and loves shaking things up, then this journey is tailor-made for you.


As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be like a Swiss Army knife, adeptly handling all aspects of the tech stack. Your experience with design patterns and systems thinking will be invaluable. You'll excel in this role if you can work efficiently in a remote team, maintain high productivity without constant supervision, and bring a fresh, creative approach to solving complex problems.


Ideally, you'll possess most of the following skills:


  • Python Proficiency: A solid grasp of Python, including familiarity with frameworks and the ecosystem for building scalable micro-services.
  • React Expertise: Proficiency in React is a must, with knowledge of React 3 and React Fiber being an added advantage.
  • Microservices Architecture: Experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications based on microservices.
  • Event-Driven Systems: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or similar distributed messaging systems.
  • Monitoring and Observability: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Victoria Metrics.
  • Database Technologies: Experience working with various databases, including:

- TSDB: InfluxDB, TimescaleDB

- GDB: Dgraph, Neo4j


This role offers full remote work flexibility, but you must already be a resident of the UK.
