Full Stack Software Engineer, Greater Manchester, £65,000 + Bens

A Full Stack Software Engineer is needed to join an innovative software company based in Greater Manchester. This role will involve working on new software tech products as part of an international technology department. The core tech stack includes Node.js, React, SOAP & REST APIs and AWS.

Our client is a niche SaaS company who’s products are used by a range of customers across North America and Europe across various industries. With a relentless commitment to innovation. The new Full Stack Software Engineer will play a key role within a close-knit product team.

The role will involve:

  • systems using the latest tech: Node.js, Angular, and React.
  • technical designs that not only meet business requirements but also exceed development standards.
  • development tasks and mentor junior developers to greatness.
  • code quality reigns supreme by conducting meticulous peer reviews.
  • technical innovations and elevate product quality to new heights.
  • closely with product and development managers to steer the product roadmap toward success (including liaising with US-based colleagues).
  • ahead of the curve with security best practices.

Skill set needed:

  • expertise in crafting web applications using Angular or React.
  • Node.js skills capable of tackling any challenge.
  • knack for problem-solving that turns obstacles into opportunities.
  • deep understanding of API design principles, whether it's SOAP or REST.
  • of source control systems, particularly GIT.
  • with Jenkins or similar build tools.
  • with AWS or other cloud environments.
  • and containers
