Amilis is a women's health company on a mission to empower women with knowledge about their reproductive health, helping them test and preserve fertility, connect with top women’s health specialists, and make informed choices for their future. We’re growing fast and are looking for an ambitious, energetic Founders Associate to join us in driving our partnerships and events forward.


Who We’re Looking For

Are you passionate about women’s health? Do you aspire to one day become a founder yourself? If you’re a recent graduate with a go-getter attitude, excellent communication skills, and a love for fast-paced environments where no two days are the same, we want to meet you.

This is a role where you’ll be challenged, grow, and have real ownership from day one.


What You’ll Do

As the Founders Associate, you’ll work closely with our founders, taking on two key responsibilities to start:

  • Event Ownership: You’ll lead the end to end planning and execution of our unique women’s health events, collaborating with our B2B medical partners. From securing venues, securing speakers and arranging food and beverages to coordinating event schedules and setting up activities, you’ll ensure these events run seamlessly. You’ll also manage the online presence, customer services, and social care for these events and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere on the day, making sure guests feel informed and inspired.
  • Partnership Support: You’ll assist the founders in growing our partnerships with women’s health organisations and medical clinics across the UK. This will involve managing relationships, organising CRM pipelines, creating onboarding processes, and automating workflows to help scale our efforts.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (field doesn’t matter as much as your drive, but Business, Marketing, or Event Management is a plus)
  • Passion for women’s health and desire to make an impact in the field
  • Super organised with strong communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet, solve problems autonomously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Event management or coordination experience (even student societies, clubs, or internships) is a huge plus
