Finanace / IFA Administrator required to join highly regarded Financial Advisory firm.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive administrative support for the paraplanners and IFAs
- Preparing and processing documentation for any new and existing clients
- Managing cases utilising CRM portals and provider platforms
- Handling incoming queries from internal staff, clients and external providers via email and telephone
- Ensuring all compiled files meet with compliance requirements and reporting any that do not to the appropriate parties
- Liaising with product providers and other third parties
- Promoting the company’s services in a professional and FCA compliant manner
What they are looking for:
- Previous experience of an administrative role within the financial services industry (Required)
- GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) - graded C or above (Required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)
- Strong numeracy skills (Required)
- Exceptional attention to detail (Required)
- Ability to understand and analyse financial and non-financial data (Required)
- Experience in communicating with and managing expectations with clients (Required)
- Desire to learn and develop (Required)
- High level of initiative (Required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Required)
- Literate with MS products including Outlook, Word and Excel (Required)
- Prior experience working with CRMs/online portals such as Intelliflo Office (Desired)
- Platform experience with Nucleus, Transact, Quilter and Standard Life (Desired)
