Job Title: Finance Assistant

Your Responsibilities:
  • Execute meticulous reviews of deal folders, working closely with business managers to secure accurate documentation.
  • Upload and manage deal files within our cutting-edge dealership CRM system, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
  • Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from printing dealer reports to registering warranties, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
  • Assist in reconciling internal spreadsheets, address inquiries from the accounting department, dealership staff, and warranty partners, fostering a cooperative environment.
