Your Key Responsibilities

  • Execute detailed reviews of deal folders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with business managers to secure accurate documentation and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Upload and manage deal files within our cutting-edge dealership CRM system.
  • Assist in reconciling internal spreadsheets and address inquiries from the accounting department, dealership staff, and warranty partners.
