Position Overview

The Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor will play a crucial role in delivering a wide range of professional services, including rural property sales, valuations, lettings, and management. The successful candidate will contribute to the firm's commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales and purchases of rural properties
  • Perform valuations for various rural property types
  • Manage agricultural land lettings and Contract Farming Agreements
  • Handle compulsory purchase and compensation matters
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and teamwork skills


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
  • CAAV qualified or working towards CAAV qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
