Responsibilities:

  • Focus on generating high-quality predictive signals.
  • Utilize extensive and diverse datasets to uncover statistical patterns and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with fellow researchers to share and discuss findings, methodologies, datasets, and processes.
  • Integrate signals and associated datasets into the global execution platform.
  • Continuously monitor signal behavior and model performance over time.
  • Lead the entire strategy research cycle, from signal creation to implementation.


Skillsets:

  • 4-8 years of hands-on experience as a quant researcher, trader, or in data science/machine learning.
  • Not open to students or recent graduates
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or engineering.
  • Strong background in statistics, machine learning, NLP, or AI techniques is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in coding with at least one major programming language (Python and/or C++)
  • Experience working with large datasets across various time frames is beneficial.
  • Intellectual curiosity to explore new datasets, solve complex problems, innovate processes, and connect ideas across different fields.
  • Ability to work independently in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with technologists, data scientists, and traders globally.
  • Proven success in delivering effective systematic strategies.
