Join a dynamic team where you'll support risk governance and reporting, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality risk reports, maintaining governance documents, and assisting with risk committee operations. Your work will ensure compliance with both internal and regulatory reporting requirements, providing key risk data to senior management and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc risk reports for senior management, committees, and boards. Analyse and compile data on key risk indicators and ensure consistency in reporting.
- Governance Documentation: Maintain and update risk governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to align with regulations. Support the development of governance frameworks to enhance risk oversight.
- Committee Support: Assist in preparing meeting materials, agendas, and minutes for risk committees. Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Regulatory & Internal Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (PRA, FCA). Support Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) reports and other regulatory submissions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in risk reporting and governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (PRA, FCA).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
