Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc risk reports for senior management, committees, and boards. Analyse and compile data on key risk indicators and ensure consistency in reporting.
  • Governance Documentation: Maintain and update risk governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to align with regulations. Support the development of governance frameworks to enhance risk oversight.
  • Committee Support: Assist in preparing meeting materials, agendas, and minutes for risk committees. Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Regulatory & Internal Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (PRA, FCA). Support Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) reports and other regulatory submissions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in risk reporting and governance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (PRA, FCA).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
