• Certified to Microsoft 365 foundational level.

• A technical evangelist for the Microsoft 365 (M365) product suite with a broad understanding of the suite and all associated services (across the entire M365 periodic table), Identifying opportunities for innovation within the workplace, driving a measured adoption of M365 across the group.

• Keeping abreast of Microsoft 365 roadmap and ongoing enhancements, Identifying and developing training and related guidance for all new or changing Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, able to provide technical training, and guidance to colleagues.

• Detailed understanding of the Teams Rooms and Video Conference equipment providing proactive day to day hands on support, identifying opportunities to develop colleague adoption for all meeting room services.

• Strong Communication Skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

• Drive User Engagement using demonstratable techniques to encourage adoption and usage of M365 tools, including participation and feedback loops.

• Proactively taking responsibility for customer issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.

• Good timekeeping, excellent communication, and customer service skills, with an ability to work independently as well as in a team and able to think outside the box.

• Must have strong customer focus and possess a strong understanding of the EUS technology, business process, key drivers, and measures of success.

• Ability to convey information clearly and precisely.


Desirable Skills:

• Experience working in a Tech Bar or similar ‘front of house’ operation.

• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, in its operation of incident, problem and request management, and working with dashboards.

• Strong Problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of the IT infrastructure, network, and desktop environments.

• Ability to work proactively and prioritise effectively.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Agile/DevOps skills and experience.
