We have an exciting opportunity for an inspiring, team-oriented individual to join our UK Client Solutions team, to play a lead role in the growth of our Coex brand.

Our dynamic Global Client Solutions team, comprised of seasoned client engagement leads and industry professionals, thrives on exceeding expectations, fostering accountability, and cultivating enduring partnerships that transcend immediate recruitment needs.


Our Client Solutions team operates in three core areas:


New Business Development:

  • Target high-value clients across diverse industries and geographies with a focus on multi desk / brand / location opportunities.
  • Identify target clients for our portfolio.


Upskilling:

  • Empower our team with your expertise, providing tools for successful business development across the Group.
  • Contribute to developing the next generation of top performers through L&D.


Solution Building:

  • In collaboration with our market specialists and peers in marketing, we bring together likeminded CxOs to share best practice, solve industry wide challenges and create cross functions through a number of successful forums.
  • Identify bespoke solutions that solve problems and enable opportunities for our clients at the organisational level that go beyond just sourcing talent.


Who We're Looking For:


  • As a primary hunter / rainmaker , you should be able to demonstrate a track record of creating sales opportunities with a focus on projects, consulting or resource augmentation
  • Evidence of being able to win and nurture relationships at CIO/CTO/COO level
  • Strong exposure to the delivery of projects with an understanding of a range of project management tools and methodologies
  • You will be able to conceptualise, pitch and oversee the delivery of outcome based consultancy work
  • A deep understanding of the stages and impact of technology change
  • Our proposition is industry agnostic so any industry experience would be considered but Financial Services experience would be highly beneficial for maximum cross sell opportunities
  • Direct project management or change management background would be highly beneficial but this is a sales role not hands on delivery
  • Commercially savvy, solution focused mindset
