Salary: 38,000 + Bonus Uncapped Bonus

Location: Hertford

About our Client

Our client is an events-led organisation based in Hertford, specialising in face-to-face events and media platforms for over 25 years. Their events create communities of procurement professionals and industry suppliers, synchronising businesses through our core offering of "meeting style" and Summits.

Selling unique B2B events across a range of targeted industries, managing existing clients, finding new business opportunities, and delivering face to face live events with top level customer service.

We are looking for an experienced self-motivated professional to join our business in this rapid growth period.

Candidates who have experience Selling into the following industries would be beneficial.

  • Education
  • Cyber
  • Security
  • Fire & safety
  • Energy/sustainability

Key responsibilities;

  • Achieve all sales targets set within group of assigned events
  • Account manage clients to sell products from across the business where relevant
  • Effectively manage all elements of the sales and CRM processes
  • Maintain required overall yield
  • Responsible for any assigned media targets with the portfolio
  • Secure 40% rebook for each event
  • Report on event diversification, developments, and other opportunities to expand your event group moving forwards
  • Manage all pre-event activity and sales process
  • Ability to manage and resolve any clients complaints or concerns
  • Recommend media partners & speakers
  • Attend and deliver successful live events
  • Lead, train and develop new employees

Skills & Experience;

  • Min 2 years sales experience
  • Consistent performance record exceeding sales targets
  • Key team player
  • Experience in account management
  • Proven track record of create new business
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
