This role would suit someone who likes to be out on Client Sites, is enthusiastic, motivated, exceptional attention to detail, flexible and proactive, can work as part of a team as well as using your own initiative, be able to troubleshoot complex issues and take a positive approach to problem solving and be able a good communicator both written and verbal.


Role Description

·        Configuring computer laptops, tablets and PC's to various company specifications.

·        Configuring internet access through phone hotspots for technicians.

·        On boarding of employees using Active Directory and proprietary systems.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve user hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner.

·        Support applications for internet and intranet.

·        Travel will be required (>50%). Company vehicle will be provided wherever possible.

·      Flexibility to work after-hours as needed.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in IT systems, network administration, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are a plus
