Role Responsibilities -

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations of the office
  • Leading the Office Team
  • Administrative support
  • Schedule office meetings
  • Lead, train and supervise staff
  • Analyse operational data and reports to identify trends and implement strategic improvements in office efficiency
  • Sales and servicing of customers when required
  • Ensuring compliance in line with FCA Regulatory and company's requirements


Skills & Experience required -

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Be willing to learn and be enthusiastic
  • Proven experience of managing a team is essential
  • Strong IT skills and ideally Microsoft systems.
  • Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement
