TechOhana has partnered with a sector-leading organisation who are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect on a Contract basis to help optimise their marketing strategies and engage their community more effectively.
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join on a 6-month initial contract. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced Marketing Cloud solutions to enhance marketing capabilities and customer engagement. You will work closely with their marketing and technology teams to create and optimise marketing campaigns, journeys, and automation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business objectives and marketing goals.
- Develop and optimise customer journeys, email templates, and automation workflows.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for using Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Marketing Cloud environment.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to marketing team members to enhance their use of Marketing Cloud.
