Key Account Director

Our client is a global out sourcing business, providing wide ranging FM, Workplace and Project Management services to both public & private sector clientele. As a leading Facilities Management business they have a reputation for service excellence and a customer first approach. We are recruiting for a Key Account Director to manage a portfolio of accounts UK wide, the portfolio contains multiple customers including legal, technology and professional services.


You will be responsible for a number of key areas.


  • Financial and commercial control / accountability (15mil)
  • Leadership and development of the management team
  • Supply chain and third party vendor management
  • Developing customer relationships
  • Driving contract growth and depth
  • Identifying commercial opportunities efficient ways of working
  • Acting as the senior point of escalation
  • Harnessing technology and data to deliver cost savings


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive & people first organisation. We are looking for a commercially savvy and client facing lead, you must have a collaborative and inclusive approach and have a proven track record delivering full FM services at a senior level. A background managing or delivering hard FM / engineering services would be advantageous.
