The organisation, an internationally recognised leader in engineering and design, is seeking Senior Structural Engineers to join the team in their Shoreditch, London office. What You'll Do

You’ll be working on cutting-edge structural engineering projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, health, and retail, ensuring each design solution is innovative, practical, and sustainable. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading structural engineering design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic building solutions.
  • Managing the internal project team, including resourcing and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Attending project meetings and producing detailed designs and specifications, using advanced 3D software.
  • Conducting structural surveys and providing expert advice to clients on issues that arise.
  • Preparing design calculations, drawings, and specifications in accordance with British Standards, Eurocodes, and other design guidance.
  • Contributing to th e technical agenda and CPD training to support your personal development and the growth of your team.

Who We're Looking For:

We’re seeking individuals who are inquisitive, creative, and collaborative, with:

  • A Masters’ degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of structural design in concrete, steel, and other materials, as well as experience working with Eurocodes and British Standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver innovative, practical structural solutions on complex projects.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently when required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
