We are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join a premium fashion brand. You will collaborate with the Buying team to effectively manage the product range, aiming to maximize profits and minimize markdowns.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating the category WSSIS to analyse sales figures and stock levels, providing the Merchandiser with recommendations for commercial strategies.
  • Assisting the Merchandiser in preparing for the upcoming season by attending and presenting to the Senior team, as well as compiling lessons learned and foundational elements for future seasons.
  • Managing the department’s OTB using the WSSI, including oversight of sales, intake, carryover, stock movement, and markdowns.
  • Coordinating with suppliers regarding deliveries and negotiating repeat pricing while identifying potential commercial repeats during the season.
  • Aiding the Merchandiser with in-season analysis to optimize sales, managing risks, re-forecasting categories, and identifying growth opportunities within the business.
