As a Manager with a proven track record of running successful teams alongside a 360 desk, you will get the opportunity to shape your business focusing on a market you specialise in, whilst supporting and developing a team. Key to this role is developing and supporting our consultants and our Regional Director in the line with the goals we have put in place for our Plymouth office. All with the backing of a global brand, advanced technology and experienced management team. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to flourish as a People Manager.

What can I expect day to day?


As a Manager of a recruitment team, you'll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues and a leadership team with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry and technologies to provide innovative solutions. Your job role will allow you to experience the following:

  • Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates and clients
  • Develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans

What you'll need to succeed


  • Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position alongside the management of a team
  • Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment
  • People focused with a sales-driven mentality
  • Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks
  • Collaborative in spirit with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting career
  • Knowledge of the agency market would be ideal but not essential
