**Internal Recruiter / Talent Partner**

Hours: Full time

Location: Plymouth, Devon

**The Role**:
**What You**’**ll Do**:

- Partner with Hiring Managers to determine the recruiting needs of their department.
- Schedule and support with online and face to face interviews
- Organise attendance and resources for recruitment-related events.
- Support the coordination and delivery of assessment days, as required.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous experience in a recruitment role within a fast-paced environment
- Full working knowledge of the recruitment life cycle, including onboarding and right to work checks.
- Experience in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - bonus points for supporting the development of one.
- Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal and enjoys decision making.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and remain calm under pressure.
- Amazing organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and objectives.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with some ambiguity; enjoy mucking in and wearing multiple hats
- Ability to be regularly on-site in our Plymouth office.
