Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Brand Manager at AYMES. As the Brand Manager, you will drive a new brand's successful launch and growth in the health and wellbeing industry. You will craft and execute a compelling brand strategy to position our products at the forefront of the industry. Your efforts will be instrumental in building brand equity, enhancing digital presence, and delivering on commercial objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Lead digital marketing to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders for cohesive brand execution.
  • Manage brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Partner with Innovation to launch new products.
  • Optimise content for website and user experience.
  • Adapt strategies based on market insights and trends.
  • Explore new market opportunities, particularly in e-commerce.
  • Track marketing performance and ROI.
  • Create compelling branded materials.
  • Oversee financial performance and manage budgets.


Qualifications

  • Brand strategy development, marketing campaign management, and market trend analysis
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Digital marketing and social media management skills
  • Experience in the healthcare, nutrition or food industry is a plus but not essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
