Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within target industries.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to help customers understand the value and capabilities of our solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with engineers, project managers, and procurement professionals.
- Work closely with the marketing and engineering teams to align sales strategies with product
- capabilities.
- Support product launches by providing customer training, technical presentations, and application support.
- Manage leads and sales pipelines using CRM software (Salesforce), ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and on-site visits to strengthen customer relationships and expand business opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to provide customer feedback for product development and service improvements.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business to business technical sales, metrology, precision measurement, or
- a related field.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) for lead tracking and sales forecasting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and trade shows internationally up to twice a month.
