Arcese UK is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team within our Fashion fulfilment centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including managing employees, inventory control, order fulfilment, and safety protocols. The Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible for implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to customer service.

The successful candidate must have gained experience in a fulfilment operation/Warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and a team of Operatives
  • Ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Maintain health and safety standards.
  • Coach and supervise the warehouse team.
  • Ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Manage the security of the warehouse
  • Daily meetings with Warehouse team to communicate workload, assign tasks and communicate any business updates
  • Build lasting relationships with 3rd party providers

Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ management experience, preferably in fulfilment warehouse operation
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • IT skills are essential (Excel, Windows, Microsoft Word)
  • Knowledge of logistics IT systems
  • Excellent professional and Personal Time management skills are essential
  • Prioritise workload independently
  • Experience in promoting health and safety at work
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop professional working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse and Health and safety policies and procedures.



Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year
