Artworker Job Role:

  • Execute briefs according to the plan provided by your line manager.
  • Proactively manage your own workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate as part of a dynamic creative artwork team.
  • Generate creative artwork concepts for both display and packaging briefs.
  • Support the production of retailer artwork for core customers.
  • Provide reproduction-ready artwork for our printers.
  • Collaborate on larger creative projects with our structural design team.
  • Offer creative ideas to our Group Marketing team.
  • Bring drive and energy to the team.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educated to Degree Level in Graphic Design or a similar creative discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of experience producing packaging/display artwork as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC applications, especially Adobe Illustrator.
  • Showcase a Creative Portfolio.
  • Highly motivated with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a fast learner.
  • Experience with 3D visualization software like Cinema 4D (preferred).
  • Enjoys a challenge.
