**Location**:
This position is an on-site role at Straightforward Agency, The Old Byre, Packington Hayes, Lichfield, Staffs WS149PN (please note that we’re in a rural location and you’ll need to drive)

4 day week (Hours & Holidays):
We’re currently piloting a 4-day workweek, operating from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break, and offering a full day off each week - this is equal to a 34 hr week. Holiday entitlement: 22.5 days of annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays and an additional break over the Christmas period.

**Salary**:
Salary band: £22,000 to £30,000 per annum reflecting a full-time, 37.5-hour workweek.

Must Haves:

- 2 years of previous agency experience
- Apple macOS literate
- Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects, and Premiere Pro advantageous
- A passion for design, technology and continuous learning
- Good time management and organisational skills

The day-to-day:

- Taking a wide range of digital and print projects from initial concept through to completion
- Strong creative judgment, with excellent typography and composition skills
- Responsive to deadlines
- Precision & accountability for the final creative delivery and proofing of projects
- The personal motivation to develop and become a multifaceted key team member

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
