Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to national accounts to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across major retail partners to ensure continued business and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business performance and strategy alignment, adjusting as necessary to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support the launch of new products and promotional campaigns that align with client needs and market trends.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with national accounts, ensuring compliance and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand complex sales structures and business needs.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining productive relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute growth-focused strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; ability to analyze sales data and produce meaningful reports.
