Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to national accounts to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across major retail partners to ensure continued business and collaboration.
- Conduct regular reviews of business performance and strategy alignment, adjusting as necessary to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support the launch of new products and promotional campaigns that align with client needs and market trends.
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with national accounts, ensuring compliance and profitability.
- Provide detailed sales forecasting and set performance metrics to monitor and report on account performance.
- Offer exceptional leadership in customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty to the DXB Perfume brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or account management, specifically within the luxury goods or perfume industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand complex sales structures and business needs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining productive relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute growth-focused strategies.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; ability to analyze sales data and produce meaningful reports.
