The Firm

One of the larger law US law firms globally, our client has a fantastic reputation for servicing a broad spectrum of domestic and cross-border legal issues, including in the areas of Arbitration, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets and Corporate transactions.


The Team

This team is currently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for their work in M&A transactions, with the value up to £800m. They advise in respect of all aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions work, including share and asset sales, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements as well as general corporate advisory work.


The Role

You will provide assistance on high-value and multijurisdictional M&A transactions. This will include:

  • Advising on asset and share sale structures and key deal terms
  • Conducting and overseeing specialist due diligence
  • Drafting and negotiating key deal documents
  • Conducting disclosure exercises
  • Advising on joint venture arrangements
  • General corporate advice


The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have between 1-4 PQE with experience on pubic M&A transactions however those with a mix is a desirable. This experience will have been gained at a similar leading private practice law firm.
