We are working with a subsidiary of a large holding company who look to find a case handler to manage the wills and estates of their high-net-worth investors


The Applicant


  • Law Degree (preferred)
  • 3 years' experience of estates and trust administration (mandatory)
  • Ability to handle diverse caseload (mandatory)
  • Experience managing own caseload (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of probate processes (mandatory)


Responsibilities


● Proficiently and efficiently manage your own probate caseload from case opening to

closing, ensuring adherence to deadlines, legal and regulatory requirements.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the probate process,

providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or enquiries with

professionalism and empathy.

● Contribute to the expansion and refinement of existing processes to facilitate scalable

operations, including the development of templates, precedents, and training resources.

● To undertake ad-hoc projects as required by management from time to time.
