We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our professional and dedicated team. Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in the planning and tracking of projects across the projects departments, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to business objectives.


Principle Accountabilities:


  • Develop and maintain comprehensive datasets that illustrate key project attributes and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are compatible and will meet the project objectives.
  • Understand and monitor project in year financial progress and communicate changes to the head of department and Exec members.
  • Identify potential project financial risks, working alongside Project Delivery Leads (PDL’s) and develop mitigation strategies to maintain financial targets.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage project documentation to ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded and accessible.
  • Analyse project performance data to recommend improvements and optimise future project planning.
  • Facilitate team meetings to review progress and address any issues impacting project timelines or team deliverables.
  • Liaise with the finance department to track project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the development of project management standards and enhance the organization’s project planning capabilities.
  • Management of team/planner action plans / tasks in relevant tools (Monday.com, Dynamics 365 etc.)


With a proven track record working in a project planning role, the successful candidate will have strong IT skills, high levels of attention to detail as well as strong coordination and communication skills. Experience using monday.com, Dynamics 365 and Advanced Excel is also highly desirable.
